Click to download the Remote Support program. 
This process will be slightly different depending on the browser you are using - see the following guidelines:
Internet Explorer
Depending on your security settings, a small yellow bar may appear near the top of the browser window, which you will need to click on and choose 'Download file'. A window will appear asking what you want to do with the file - choose 'Save'. The next window will ask where you want to save the file - choose the Desktop and click 'Save'. The Remote Support program will now be available on the desktop.
Firefox
After clicking the button, a small window will open - choose 'Save'. A new window will open asking where you want to save the file. Choose the Desktop and click the 'Save' button. The Downloads window will open and the file will be downloaded. When it is finished, you can double-click the file in the Downloads window to open it. The Remote Support program will also be available on the desktop.
Chrome
After clicking the button, a download bar will appear at the bottom of the page. Chrome gives a warning when you download a program file, and you must click 'Save' to continue. When the download is complete, simply click the icon on the download bar to begin. Windows may give you another security warning, in this case click the relevant button - Allow, Run or Open.
