By engaging TechSolutions.ie to build, host, or maintain a website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all clients and prospective clients.
TechSolutions.ie provides website design and development, domain registration, search engine optimisation (SEO), mobile-responsive design, hosting, and ongoing SEO support. Services are delivered as described in your chosen plan and any custom agreement we make in writing.
Pricing is €299 for the website build, which includes the first full year of hosting and SEO. After the first year, an annual fee of €149 is due each year to keep your site live and ranking. The €299 is due before work begins. The annual renewal is due each year on the anniversary of your site going live. All prices are in euro and inclusive of applicable VAT where required.
To build your website efficiently, you agree to provide accurate business information, content (text, photos, logos), and timely feedback during the build. Delays in providing content may extend the project timeline. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any images or content you supply to us.
We do not guarantee specific turnaround times. We build sites to a high standard, and the timeline depends on the complexity of the project and how quickly you provide content and feedback. We will keep you updated throughout the process.
Each plan includes a reasonable number of revisions during the build phase, as agreed before work starts. Additional revisions or scope changes beyond the original brief may incur extra costs, which we will discuss with you before proceeding.
The annual renewal fee of €149 covers website hosting and ongoing SEO work to maintain and improve your search visibility. The first year is included in your €299 build fee. If the annual fee is not paid, we reserve the right to suspend hosting and associated services until payment is received. We will give reasonable notice before any suspension.
Domain names are registered in your name (or your business name) where possible. You own your domain. If you leave our services, you may transfer your domain to another provider. We will assist with the transfer and will not hold your domain hostage.
Upon full payment of the one-time setup fee, ownership of the finished website design and content you supplied transfers to you. We retain the right to display your website in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing. Third-party tools, fonts, and plugins remain licensed under their respective terms.
TechSolutions.ie is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of your website, including loss of business, revenue, or data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not responsible for downtime caused by third-party hosting or domain providers beyond our control.
Either party may terminate services with written notice. If you terminate before the agreed work is complete, an exit fee of €400 (or the cost of work completed to date, whichever is greater) becomes payable. If we terminate without cause, no exit fee applies. Upon termination and payment of any outstanding amounts, we will provide access to your website files and assist with transfer to a new provider. Outstanding annual fees remain due for the period services were provided.
Due to the custom nature of website development, one-time setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun. If work has not started, a refund may be issued minus any non-recoverable costs (e.g., domain registration fees already paid). Annual hosting fees may be refunded on a pro-rata basis if you cancel mid-term and transfer to another provider.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
